      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp; Yesterday, I saw that the Janie Dooney&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; Bourke handbag in elephant was available again on QVC.I wanted to buy it but didn’t want to pay $11.47 for s&amp;amp;h.So I went to the Zappos cite &amp;amp; ordered the bag there.It was available for the same price of $228 with free 2 day shipping!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp; This morning I checked the Dooney website.They offered the bag at the same price but they weren’t charging the &amp;nbsp;sales tax of almost $20 &amp;amp; they were offering a $30 discount to students.My son also offered to purchase it for me using his student discount.This would save me $50!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I called Zappos c.s. I explained the situation to the woman I spoke to.She put me on hold to verify what I told her. She came back on the phone &amp;amp; said that she was going to credit my account $50!! She also said the bag was out for delivery &amp;amp; I will have it tomorrow!! If for any reason I wanted to return it she reminded me that returns are free!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Now that’s customer service!! QVC would do a lot better if they lived up to their claims of service &amp;amp; value!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/27241"&gt;@NicksmomESQ&lt;/a&gt;Works for you, but doesn't necessarily mean I want to go to Zappos and order shoes since if I don't have a student discount (I don't) and my state&amp;nbsp;does CHARGE (companies never do -&amp;nbsp; they just follow laws) tax, I will end up paying the same to Zappos that I would to my local store where I can try to find out what fits.&amp;nbsp; I understand not wanting to pay extra, but I also see no reason not to support my local businesses.&amp;nbsp; For what I need to wear, except if I hit a sale, I have not found Zappos a special deal -&amp;nbsp; but they do have wide-ranging stock.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By the way, the last time I used Zappos CS, they sent the wrong color.&amp;nbsp; Undoubtedly that error happened in the shipping department.&amp;nbsp; Since it was just a sneaker I wanted for walking, I kept it.&amp;nbsp; I hate returns even if they're free.&amp;nbsp; I just keep in mind that one person's experience doesn't necessarily translate to everyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enjoy your handbag -&amp;nbsp; Love that elephant.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
