Spanx or something similar I'm guessing. The smaller sized models are all pretty thin anyway.

I have noticed that as I age my stomach sticks out while the rest if my body remains thin.My friends seem to grow bigger butts or breasts but still have flat stomachs. We all work out hard at the gym five days a week.I am the thinnest but I have the biggest stomach.I wonder if the models have flat stomachs because they are thin or if some if them do wear shaping of dome sort.

I had a total abdominal hysterectomy in December of 2016. Muscles in my lower abdomen were sliced through which left me with a very soft belly. It's going to take a long time to tone it back up. I doubt it will ever be completely flat again.

I exercise daily and do not even weigh 90 pds. with being so short and at 56 my tummy sticks out more now than it did before. I do allow myself to eat more food than I used to when I was younger, so I do notice if I go all day without eating or eat lighter my tummy is flatter. There is a significant difference in the flattness if I skip lunch or dinner just cut way back. But at this point I would rather exercise every morning and have cheese at night than just a carrot stick. So something must show the difference. With age comes gravity and protrusion.

I think they are just very thin. Though the plus size models wear Spanx, you can see it at times when they are showing the waistband of a pant. I love spanx for close fitting clothing. It really works.

There are some exercises if you Google hysterectomy belly that I hope will help too.

I used to have a fairly 'flat' tummy years and years ago.

But, now, at my age, it's a blessing to just be alive and somewhat safe (no falls, broken bones, major diseases so far, etc., etc., etc.).

We can't live forever, so, imo, just keeping alive and safe is more important to me than, say, my un-flat tummy.

Wishing everyone well. And that's the important thing.

p.s. I've been noticing that even some of the very slim previous models and actresses (Twiggy, Iman, and many others), as they became older, they don't seem to go crazy over keeping ultra-slim.

I do think that with age comes a different perspective regarding life, our short time on earth, etc. And, yes, it's ok to have a bit of padding on our bodies. Might come in handy in an unfortunate fall or illness. Jmo right now.
