Is this QVC eGift Card legit?

I received an email stating that I had to click a link to get a $10 eGift Card for QVC. If this a scam or the real deal? I'm leary of clicking on links like this. It says cashstar in the link.

Q's cards come from cash star. I am guessing it's a rebate on something you purchased.
