I think I am the Lone Ranger

I never watch sports. I was never interested in sports, either as a player ,or a spectator

My husband really isn't all that keen either, nor my son. I never found it interesting . My daughter watches a bit.

I once was quizzed by a real enthusiast about not caring for sports. I told him someone will win ,and someone will lose, and the rest is just a detail, for me...I thought he would choke...ducking and running for my life ,right now

I dont watch sports.. i think sports are boring... but i'm going to watch the super bowl ( even though i have no idea what is going on lol ) i definetely want an eagles win!! if they were selling something good on qvc today, i'd be watching qvc lol cant wait for noon for the in the kitchen with david... but yes even though i hate football GO EAGLES!!!!!

I've never been into sports until I lived in "sports" territory. LOL. I used to live in a town that had a big university that had sports teams. I fought it at the time. I now live near an NFL team. I've given in and learned about the sport. It's one of those if you can't beat em, join em. I won't say I love it, but I have learned to like it. I can join in the conversation at work instead of being clueless.

I am interested in watching Pink sing the Star Spangled Banner but that is it. So not a Sports fan here either. Dh will going to the SB party by himself.

Bluntly...no, I just force myself to care usually.

We have no plans today. DH may ask me if I mind if he watches, and of course, I don’t mind!

When a team I love is playing, I usually cheer them on at the very end of the game! LOL

One of my neighbor's dad ,was athletic director for West Point. We live within a few miles of a Big 10 stadium, and she never went to a game ,either.. Guess she got enough of it at home

I have always been athletically inclined and enjoyed watching sports.... until my later adulthood when I realized that many sports just involve a bunch of grown men pummeling each other for obscene salaries, or winners winning by doping, or over-the-top, rabid fans, who leave me with my head shaking as to their priorities and common sense.

DH and I like sports and will watch some of the game in between movies on TCM. I will browse the Q throughout the day. I made vegetable beef stew yesterday so that's what we're having. Need to run to Best Buy for a new printer today. I do like sports more than I dislike them.

I never was a sports fan, but did try to play basketball in high school until this huge girl knocked me down and I cracked my ribs. I took that as a sign that someone my size has no business playing a game that giants play.LOL I don't like to watch football or basketball on TV so tonight I will be cooking for my guests and watching what I like on my TV.

You are not alone. I detest football. I think it is a dangerous sport. I don't hate sports in general. I like basketball and solo sports like ice skating, gymnastics, and diving.

No Super Bowl for me.

If it is any consolation @cherry there was an entire category for Sports on Jeopardy the other day. Not one single question was answered by all 3 of the contestants. They all drew a blank.

My husband and I are not sports fans. We will be the only people in the mall today. LOL My children love football and my daughter often has Superbowl Parties. My son just got into it the past ten years and is involved in Fantasy Football.

My 5 year old grandson loves the sport and knows more than his granny does. My daughter, will not allow him to participate though. I am waiting to see how well that is going to go over in a few years.....

No judgement from me. I enjoy sports, because you don't know how it will end. There are so many variables, it can go either way. I'm a lifelong NY. Giants fan, and try never to miss a game. One of my good friends was never into sports, and could never understand my interest. The low and behold she went to a Hockey game and became a rabid fan. I said who are you and what have you done to Barb ? LOL

@cherry If you are the Lone ranger than I am Tanto b/c ITA agree. I think sports (Professional especially) are boring and pointless...just money making nonsense. I do like sports for kids...to get them moving and learn teamwork and how to be "gracious" winners and losers.

@cherry Well this is Sunday so we have on our "nice" today. Anyway we will all have a good day . If anything it's a good excuse to eat all day.

I was raised in a NASCAR family, so that's the only 'sport' (I know, some people think it's not), that I was exposed to when I was growing up.

I had Dale Earnhardt, Sr.'s #3 with wings tattooed on my ankle when he died.

But I don't care for the 'new breed', so don't follow that anymore.

I do like the Olympic gymnastics.

But DH? He watches anything involving a ball/puck/wheels of any kind, LOL!

TMZ is reporting that she may not be able to perform due to the flu.

P!nk's got the flu -- the nasty flu that's been spreading and intensifying this season -- and her illness could keep her from singing "The Star-Spangled Banner" on Super Bowl Sunday.

Sources close to Super Bowl LII production tell TMZ ... P!nk had a really tough time making it through her rehearsal Thursday night. We're told it didn't go smoothly ... and everyone involved didn't feel good when it was over.

There's more cause for concern too -- P!nk managed to power through her pre-Super Bowl concert Friday at The Armory in Minneapolis ... but had to rely to backup singers and the audience often to sing for her.

She even had to cut off her track "Beautiful Trauma" shortly after starting, telling the crowd, "I can't do it. I hate this ... I can't do that song. I'm sorry."
