I thought I could go down in July for a couple weeks and then rent it during the summer season.</P> <P>After that it would need to be rented from Fall to winter and beyond. It would be on Cape Cod.</P> <P>Anyone rent out a place? What is it like? Does it work out well or is it a hassle. I really would love to do this. This is not s ritzy place. Just a two or three bedroom ranch is what I could get.
