Order status oddities???

Just for fun this morning, I decided to look at my order history. Scroll back through the years.

There are many things missing. It showed my orders for 2017, then 2016, one for 2015, nothing for 2014 or 2013, then one for 2012 and then it skipped all the other years and went directly to 2007! And even in the years it showed, there are many items missing that I know I ordered.

Anyone else notice any weirdness in their order history? It’s not vital that I look at it. I just decided to browse through and it was like looking through Swiss cheese.

Yes, this has always been the case ever since I can remember - years & years of shopping disappear, & depending on what you would like to find, it can be extremely frustrating.

And it never fails that when I want to look back at something I previously purchased, to order another, it will always be one of the missing years/items!

I belive they can't keep all this information into the system. i have been a memeber since 1998 or whaterver and when i look back it seems like i'm a new customer.

I wonder if the missing items have perhaps been purged from the system?

@gidgetg,

I checked mine before the holidays and it listed 2017,2016, and then 2006! Everything else was gone!
