    <description>&lt;P&gt;All I wanted was a water bottle.&amp;nbsp; Seems the rules change everytime I submit my receipt for purchase.&amp;nbsp; Curious if I am alone.&amp;nbsp; I even had help from customer service to do it right. About to give up and get my cereal from another way or just cut out cereal forever.&amp;nbsp; (I read fine print so it is not me)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for that.&amp;nbsp; What a mess.&amp;nbsp; I am an honest&amp;nbsp; person but&amp;nbsp; the way I am being treated over and over and over I am about to photoshop the receipts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. One was not clear enough&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; One was not within the 30 days of purchase although it was in the time period&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Another was not from the right store&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; I was not signed up properly... and was never told&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Rep on phone signed me up and led me through the process. I guess she was wrong.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It goes on and on. Sorry but I have the box and no time limit called 30 days.&amp;nbsp; If you all can find it please let me know. It went from about 6 months time frame and I was within it. And initai&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did write them many times.&amp;nbsp; But the trending.... where or where can I see the other reviews or comments.&amp;nbsp; I cannot find THAT PARTICULAR LIST OR DISCUSSION.&amp;nbsp; I used Google, and went to their website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My issue is they really did not make it clear the rules to follow&amp;nbsp; I can read.&amp;nbsp; No mention of 30 day limit from the date of purchase to the reporting... not on box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And they have given about a 6 months window SO WHAT IS IT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Kelloggs and the water bottle resolution UPDATE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Resolution but not happy with the entire process.&amp;nbsp; No reason that the box had a 6&amp;nbsp; months&amp;nbsp; window and the company had 30 days.&amp;nbsp; I finally have the water bottle coming to me in 90 days but since I am a creature of fair play(curse and blessing) I am thinking of all the other companies over the years that have instantly&amp;nbsp; done the right&amp;nbsp; thing and have served their customers with honor.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I signed up... made a purchase... was never told the receipt was not any good. I called in a few months later only to find out... I was not on their list.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I tried to resubmit the receipt and was told it was out of date.&amp;nbsp; Finally after some manipulation and numerous phone calls&amp;nbsp; it is on its way.... so I hope.&amp;nbsp; Don't even need the ole water bottle but once I got started I could not back down.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
