Last week I asked for recommendations on here about which laser printer I should buy. I have a male roomie and also asked his advice. Tonight we were in the kitchen and he said, "let's go to ur computer - in my living room". As I walked toward my computer, there was a beautiful box containing an HP OfficeJet 3830 Printer - which he said is a gift - for the holidays and for being a great landlord.

What a nice surprise!!!!!

Not many tenants/"roomies" would do that. Sounds like a "keeper" to me.

He's a civil engineer - working as a contractor at a hospital in the area. His contract was supposed to be up last month - but they extended it - hopefully to May. I told him that I'll cry when he leaves.
