They are tinted and really cut down on the glare and eye fatigue. I ordered them in a strenght .5 lower than my reading glasses and that seems to be perfect for reading the computer.</P> <P>Just wanted to pass this little tidbit along for anyone who's eyes go wonky after too long on the computer.
