https://community.qvc.com/t5/Community-Chat/Need-suggestions-for-the-best-Blood-Pressure-Monitor/m-p/282567#M120042 <P>It has been almost 10 years since my head injury and my doctor would never allow me to have decongestants......it is hard I would think to stop sinus issues without a decongestant so I called him yesterday and a lady called me back saying "Dr. said you could try the decongestants but you must have on hand a blood pressure monitor" since the lady was not a nurse she did not know why. My doctor is so busy and has so many patients that I am blessed to see him twice a year unless needed. I have thin arms and I usually have to have a child whatever you call those things that go around my arm........I don't know what kind to get?
