      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was in the same boat. &amp;nbsp;Our printer was down for a while. &amp;nbsp;They will ship you a label for 1.00. It is on the options page of label printing. &amp;nbsp;You can also opt to sent the label to a friend or neighbor to print. &amp;nbsp;When I have sent for a label, it takes 5-8 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They don't even enclose packing slips anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You do need their label. Maybe go to a UPS store or Staples, someplace you can pull your order up on your phone and print it out there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OR the library! They would have a printer for free or very cheap.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or ask a friend or family member to use their printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I love about Amamzon is that they credit your account the second the bar code is scanned in to the shipper, NOT when it arrives back to them. I love that!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I received a different item than I ordered. &amp;nbsp;I don’t have a printer and on Live Chat, the Amazon rep agreed to provide a return label directly to the carrier and schedule the pickup.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;All I had to do was repackage the item, which was picked up for return the next day.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not a Prime member. I can’t see paying the fee for the year. I don’t buy off of Amazon and I really get confused on how to return things. I guess it’s my age. So when I want something I try to find it at QVC or HSN. &amp;nbsp;If not I’ll go to the big box stores. I don’t quite trust HSN for quality of the merchandise. QVC they do have great customer service. I been with them for years. &amp;nbsp;Some of the hosts do get on my nerves but I just hit the mute button Or change the channel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a HUGE Amazon (Prime) fan! I shop a lot through them. My only gripe is I recently ordered a gift and requested a gift receipt. Done this many times and always, when requested, did receive my gift receipt with my order. Well, I just got an order and didn't get my gift receipt with it. Try to find somewhere I can write to the seller letting them know I still need that gift receipt! Nowhere to be found. I'm just hoping my son doesn't need to return the tshirt I got him.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
