topic Where does that singing "LOVE IT" come from? in Community Chat

I realize that I am woefully behind the times and out of touch with pop culture, so could someone please tell me where that singing, trilling "LOVE IT" thing comes from? I hear a lot of women doing that now. If I had to pick a most annoying thing form 2012, THAT would be it. Lisa Robertson is a prime example. Was it in a movie or something?
