HELP!!! Curling Iron?

All,

I recently saw an item on a facebook popup that QVC had. I am hoping someone knows the name so I can order one for my niece.

It is a curling iron. Howver the curling iron looked as if it wraps the hair itself and curls the hair. Any help would be apprecaited.
