      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a product from QVC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It never went anywhere, tracking stalled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After 3 weeks it was determined to be lost in the mail, QVC agreed to give me a refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to the vendor's website to order directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was tracked to be delivered Tuesday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked when I got home from work, I checked when I got back from dinner, then again before I went to bed - 9pm-ish.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wish I had checked this morning, tracking tells me it was delivered at 10:30 last night!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered from Target over a week ago when they had an online only discount.&amp;nbsp; They split my order into three deliveries with two set to deliver last week and the last one being for this past Monday.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got one on time.&amp;nbsp; The other two got stuck an hour away for days.&amp;nbsp; I finally just got one this afternoon that they gave up trying to deliver and just gave to the post office which was right on it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am still waiting for my third.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Target sent me an email to rate my delivery experience a few days ago.&amp;nbsp; I deleted it because I had nothing nice to say.&amp;nbsp; They sent it again today and I took them up at their insistence.&amp;nbsp; I was nice and did type that I know it's a busy time of year but I was still out two of my three deliveries as of this morning and my local store had it in stock.&amp;nbsp; Online convenience went to extremely inconvenient quickly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure I'll do any more deliveries until after Christmas.&amp;nbsp; UPS, you're welcome.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Thank goodness because that was a child's gift that I had to have dropped off to my church Sunday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other item was scheduled to be delivered Monday but I don't have it.&amp;nbsp; When I checked tracking this morning, it is in my local UPS hub but didn't say it was out for delivery today, only that it had arrived there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As an aside, yesterday morning when I left my house for work at 7:30 a.m., USPS was dropping a package off to the house across the street.&amp;nbsp; I also saw USPS delivering packages on Sunday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had one package delivered by UPS this holiday. I ordered it back in October before they started getting super busy and had no problems. Everything else was sent USPS and they have done an excellent job of getting my packages to me. I saw a UPS truck stop in front of my driveway last night before 5pm to deliver something to my neighbor. The guys looked exhausted. I don't envy them this time of year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A few of my packages have been sitting in the post office since the 2nd, I have smartpost to thank for that. Today is Wed and only 1 is out for delivery. The tracking goes in this order po given electronic notification to expect pkg, package sent to po, package accepted by po.&amp;nbsp; The following day after package is accepted by po, delivery is supposed to happen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileymad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileymad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-mad.png" alt="Smiley Mad" title="Smiley Mad" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A delivery person in a Ryder truck delivered my pet food yesterday. Coincidentally, my neighbor had an order too as her order was on the same truck. I had no idea she ordered from the same company or was waiting on an order at the same time. Delivery time was very fast.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;With all the sales, Black Friday deals, Cyber Monday deals, free shipping days at this time of year, the delivery services are going to be inundated and likely working all the hours of the day to get things delivered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's no wonder things are taking a bit longer.&amp;nbsp; I have several items enroute and as long as they get to me intact and the delivery drivers stay safe (not having an accident because they're trying to do too much, too fast), I'm okay with that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I expect things to take longer in the run-up to Christmas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm so glad my shopping is done. I really feel for the UPS guys right now. &amp;nbsp;In normal times, it was not unusual for my regular UPS guy to deliver at 8PM. &amp;nbsp;However, I've heard on the news that they've been seriously backed up since the influx of shipments post-Thanksgiving. &amp;nbsp;They were hoping to be caught up by the end of the day today, I believe. &amp;nbsp;(And to add to their woes....in the Frederick, MD area, there was a major fire at the UPS facility &amp;nbsp;and a trailer loaded with packages burned. &amp;nbsp;Last I heard, UPS was probably going to only reimburse up to $100 per package.). &amp;nbsp;My motto has always been....shop early, shop early, shop early!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When he delivers to my house, I can see how tuckered out he is...and that's always the case, not just during the holidays.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday evening a new driver, a woman I'd never seen before on our route, was really struggling to find homes because she was going back and forth and then parking her truck askew diagonally jutting out to be smacked by oncoming traffic.&amp;nbsp; I've never seen any other ups driver park so oddly.&amp;nbsp; She was alone which was also odd. Usually they have a helper this time of year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Because of previous UPS experiences I have decided not to order anything else until after Christmas. I did talk to the lady at the UPS Store in Tulsa and told her about some packages being delivered to AVENUE instead of PLACE. There is a number on their website to call and have packages redirected to the UPS Store free of charge. This may be something to check out. I haven't yet because I quit ordering for a while plus I can't find the information she wrote down for me. Just a thought.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/34980"&gt;@Venezia&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; ITA.&amp;nbsp; Deliveries normally get slower this time of year, and I certainly understand why.&amp;nbsp; Not only are the delivery companies and USPS buried in packages, even the businesses that have to package items and get them sent out are going nuts.&amp;nbsp; It's not always possible to hire more workers or get more trucks just for a 2 or 3 month period.&amp;nbsp; I also understand there is a US shortage of truck drivers.&amp;nbsp; I always allow extra time for my packages this time of year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Packages have disappeared from front porches minutes after being delivered by UPS and USPS in spite of individuals receiving emails and attempting to pick them up. Two 19-year olds were finally apprehended Monday with a car-load of packages! Yet, additional deliveries continue to disappear. Either additional thefts in the same general area OR copy-cat thieves. Our UPS and USPS have been helping local authorities, but both are overworked and exhausted. Homeowners in those neighborhoods are on edge and frightened. Not the normal Christmas spirit. Encourage everyone to be courteous to your Police and UPS,&amp;nbsp; USPS and FED EX delivery people - their days are long and often thankless. A kind smile and nice word would mean a lot this year! Their jobs are difficult all year round, but especially during the holiday season.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
