Prayer Request

I found out this afternoon that a very dear friend of mine, has been diagnosed with terminal liver cancer and has been told he has little time.

His name begins with R. He is such a good person and it is just not fair.

I believe in the power of prayer and the power of many voices. Please add him to your list and together we can make a difference.

I am so very sorry.

My father-in-law had a liver resection surgery at Mayo Clinic ( in Arizona) after receiving the same diagnosis in our home state...he lived ten years longer. I don't know what avenues have been pursued but I add this just as a thought.

@wonderfulworldthank-you. They told him there were too many lesions to operate. I do not know if he will seek a second opinion.

It began with a back ache and they treated him for stones, infection etc. as with past history. When he began dropping weight someone said lets look further.

Sending my thoughts and prayers to ur friend R. Miracles happen every day - I'm one of them. I had stage 3 ovarian cancer and had surgery and chemo in 2006. I wasn't expected to make it -- but it took one full year to recover. Then the doctor told me I was cancer-free. Praying that there's good news for your friend!!!!!!
