Dont know if this matters.
In my emails from them it appears as
Social.Team@qvc.com
In my Contacts I have them as
QVCSocialteam@qvc.com

I used QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com this morning to notify them of those offensive posts and got a response back very quickly
