The Weather Again

I heard Jane describe the past and present weather yesterday 11/10 on air and we are experiencing exactly the same. Yes, summer lingered on, then a little bit of fall and now we are very cold (in the low 20's last night). We even had a dusting of snow yesterday (lake effect). This is for Chicago weather. How about you? Any unusual weather this year?

Just a few days ago we had a couple inches of snow. Today it's like spring! Thermometer says 70'.

I live in NYC and it was 24 degrees this morning! There really is only 2 seasons now, Winter and Summer.

Here in the PNW it won't stop raining. I usually love the cool, crisp, sunny fall days, raking leaves, etc. The leaves have not even fallen off a lot of the trees. It is a wet mess outside!

Weather is 23 today, dark and gloomy with an inch of snow. Weatherman said the norm is 40.

Southern California weather (north Oxnard) - is gorgeous - again. Right now, it's 1:30 PM and a sunny 69 degrees --- the low today will be 54. It is cooling down - but I like the change. I've never gotten bored with our glorious weather!!!! I was born and raised in New York City - and would never be able to survive those very hot, humid summers and freezing winters.

We have a few skiffs of snow here and there ,on roofs ,and a few other places. It's 34 right now ,not much wind to speak of

I read that the weekend before Thanksgiving ,we were going to suffer another polar vortex and it will be cold

Really ,this isn't much of a hardship, for me. The roads are good, and it's not very cold

I’m in Chicago too. We had some snow yesterday. It didn’t stick, which is good It’s been really cold at night -high teens

It’s been unseasonably warm on the Gulf coast of Florida. It did dip,down into the high 60’s last night, which one of the weather people on TV decreed “chilly”. I burst out laughing.

Our daytime temps have been averaging 10° above normal. Nights are chilly but we haven't had an official freeze at the airport (Albuquerque) but weve had frost in my neighborhood. No precip since Oct. 5th. La Nina is in full effect. Its going to be a warmer and drier than normal winter. Nothing but sunny blue skies.

Suburb of Phx Az, high 86 next few days, warm even for here this time of year.

But I don't like cold so better than snow..)

Went from wearing lightweight cardigans or just summer like clothes to wearing my winter coat on Friday & yesterday....I'm not used to it yet. However it's supposed to be mostly in the 50's this week coming up.

We've been setting warm temp records near Atlanta all week until November finally woke up and acted like November. I turned on my little Duraflame heater the past two nights. It finally feels like Fall.

So far, we've had a lovely fall in Colorado and now the weather is starting to cool with light snow days. Temps go right back to the 60's tho! As we move closer to the holidays, I say bring on the snow & cozy days

Metro area had frost, frigid temps the past few days but will be almost 60 come middle of this week.

So sick of this weather. Get cold and STAY cold, Mother Nature!

I'm ready for winter. I could never live where it didn't get cold, and snow. I am not a summer fan

Live in Az. just like qyadmimi replied. Yes, so nice in the mid 80's now but we really pay our dues in the summer with temps 110-118. Tourist are moving in fast now & leave by March.
