      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I'm having the same problems.&amp;nbsp; I ordered three blankets on Oct. 19th.&amp;nbsp; Two came some time ago, the third is still in progress, it seems.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I also ordered a Christmas sweater on Nov. 1 and have no idea where it is.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm sure it has something to do with the system they use, and maybe things are not located in an area ,where they can be gotten to immediately&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
