      <title>Odd CS Call Today???</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I needed to return a pair of boots that just didn't fit right (within the 30 days) and I had only the return portion of the invoice, since they're so flimsy now they fall apart!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never use their return label and the address&amp;nbsp;where to return these was on the missing part of the invoice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called CS to get the correct mailing address to return boots and&amp;nbsp;the rep said,&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt; "For returns I have to transfer you to a "Senior CS Specialist, do you mind holding?"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;HUH????&lt;/STRONG&gt; All I'm asking is for the address to return them??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the "Senior CS Specialist" came on the line and I told her I simply needed the address to return an item (within the 30 days), since that part of my invoice was missing,&amp;nbsp;she gave it to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What the heck is this about? Now any question re: returns has to go to a "Senior CS Specialist"? Are we now gonna have to jump through hoops with returns?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What a waste of a salary IMO, no wonder their prices/shipping keeps creeping up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Oddities are the norm for QVC, it seems. &amp;nbsp;I placed an order for two SG tops day before yesterday. &amp;nbsp;When I checked the status the next morning, it said "contact CS". &amp;nbsp;So I contacted CS and she said there was a problem with my address. &amp;nbsp;I have had QVC orders shipped to the same address for probably 10-15 years or more! &amp;nbsp;She then put me on hold to check further. &amp;nbsp;I was on hold for so long that I almost hung up. &amp;nbsp;When she came back on, she said she'd have to refer me to a "specialist". &amp;nbsp;I declined the order and told her I merely cancelled the order while I was on hold and placed a new order...without any "contact CS message"...at least not yet! &amp;nbsp;Weird.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe they just hired lots of new CS and haven't finished training them?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do know lots of CS for some companies work from their own homes.&amp;nbsp; Maybe that's happening here, too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm hoping for no returns for a long time -&amp;nbsp; I'm determined to place no new orders (lots on AD coming up in Nov and Dec) until spring clothes come in, but not having a return address&amp;nbsp;would be&amp;nbsp;bad news even for those AD's.&amp;nbsp;I'm not expecting to make returns, but there's no way to know that for sure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@IG&amp;nbsp; You can print a return label when you click on order status, then the order #.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I've had to do that before as I generally shred my invoices unless I know it is absolutely going back right away.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Just in case, for next time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
