This is serious questions.</P> <P>I understand Shabbat starts Friday sundown to Saturday sundown. At this time I also understand this is the Holy Day........that you do not work but worship and spend time with family and eat together.</P> <P>Do you do anything else but rest? Like would you do nothing but rest for the 24 hours? I also understand that in Israel the first day of the week is Saturday night after sundown. Which is why Shabbat is on the 7th day.
