When tourists are walking around wearing shorts and sandals and it's in the 50's and 60's (sometimes 40's!).

But because it's snowing or sleating at home, they think it's *warm* here.

It's winter in Colorado when the first ski resort opens for business. This year, October 13th on Arapahoe Basin.

Much of what is on the slopes is natural. They've been using the snowmakers to keep it from melting away. It's been on the warm side up there lately. @Kachina624
