He wants to chase after cars and goes absolutely wild when he sees one....whining and running in circles.... He has tripped my husband a few times with the leash and today he broke loose and took after a passing car. Thankfully, the driver looked in his rear view mirror and waited for my husband to catch up to get our dog.
