    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have always started with frozen and cooked it for 10 hours or so.  One of my friends has never done that, always thawed it first, was afraid of getting sick.  I have never had an issue.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;What do you normally do&lt;/P&gt;</description>
