I was looking forward to a new Medicare card without my SSN on it but now after the Equifax hack it kind of feels like a moot point.

I read it in the Heloise column. You know the column where they talk about household hints and tips and she does information I guess for the older group , also, since it was her Mother who started the column way back when

My DH is just becoming eligible for Medicare and he just got his Medicare card in the mail. It is printed on thin paper and not the usual card stock. It looks like a card made on the printer with white letter paper.

They are sending out cheap cards until the new ones ar ready to be sent out.
