    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hard to believe, but in the midst of these howling winds and rains, my doorbell rang and there was a package delivered by the post office!  And she's now across the street delivering to our cluster mail boxes.  I can't believe people would be required to work (especially outdoors) in these conditions!  (I'm in the metro DC area).  I sure hope she can finish her route soon and get home safely!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
