    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/33744"&gt;@I am still oxox&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feel your aggravation!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered 2 of the same&amp;nbsp;item (1&amp;nbsp;day apart, so they shipped separately)&amp;nbsp;and the tracking yesterday showed them in GA (I live in GA),&amp;nbsp;today it shows they are in Orlando, FL at 'UPS Mail Innovations' for sorting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So they went past my state and I'll have to wait for them to come back to GA, then be delivered by USPS&amp;nbsp;turtle express.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My EDD was today, I'll be lucky to get them next week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;To say I am annoyed is putting it mildly, I spoke to a CS supervisor and got no where, best they could&amp;nbsp;say is wait to tomorrow.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Frustrating, but I don't know what a supervisor can do beyond reporting your annoyance.&amp;nbsp; They have no real power.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for UPS vs USPS -&amp;nbsp; there's virtually no difference where I live.&amp;nbsp; I've had a package from one of them arrive an hour or two before the other, but that's all.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I get everything I order 2 or 3 days before its EDD.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I know it doesn't seem to be true elsewhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;For me UPS is overnight Philadelphia&amp;nbsp;to Suburban NYC, but with&amp;nbsp;USPS, it first goes to somewhere in NJ and then some place on Long Island and then maybe to be local post office, then this package&amp;nbsp;went somewhere else&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;No rhyme&amp;nbsp;or reason to why something goes where&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't mind the UPS to USPS too much.&amp;nbsp; My mail comes before noon every day.&amp;nbsp; UPS often doesn't come until 7:30-8:00PM.&amp;nbsp; True, it adds&amp;nbsp;a day to the delivery, but I'm not often in that much of a hurry.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just had a large order from QVC delivered in 3 days. No issues, no fuss...nothing. A pure joy of an experience. Meanwhile, an item I ordered more than a WEEK earlier than this huge order is STILL sitting somewhere in a post office BECAUSE OF THE SMARTPOST JUNK THAT WE ARE FORCED TO USED WHEN ORDERING FROM QVC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THe ONLY reason this order came UPS is due to the weight. I remember when ALL my orders came this quickly and with such little effort and it's why I USED to enjoy ordering from QVC...now, not so much.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kinda like what's happened to flying......&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The delay caused by the UPS/USPS transfer is the new normal it seems, so better get used to it.&amp;nbsp; It'll only get worse as Internet sales increase.&amp;nbsp; I can't seem to manage to get rid of all the boxes once they do arrive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take into account the longer shipping time when you need a gift or something fast.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I don't rely on anybody but ol' Ms. Shark. Local stores in our own towns should have what we need instead of having to give our trade to internet sales.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I needed a battery for my laptop&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;(Nope, don't carry you have to order)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Couldn't find decent top to go with my new grey slacks (have to order)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Couldn't find Rachel Ray butter warmer (online order)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On and on like that. Stores don't carry nothing any more why we're forced to order, wait and take our chances on getting stuff.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Seems like we all have a variety of experiences. &amp;nbsp;Currently, 99% of my UPS to USPS deliveries are being done by UPS, and they do not bother to transfer to PO.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have had delays on USPS deliveries in the past. &amp;nbsp;However, the message on my tracking information indicates that UPS will be in the area so they chose to deliver my packages. &amp;nbsp;In my case, I live in a condo complex with a secure lobby so I have to be home to get delivery. &amp;nbsp;With mail carrier, he/she can accesssecure lobby and leave my package which is much better for me. &amp;nbsp;I have many doctor appointments all of the time and this just creates stress for me about me needing to be home for delivery.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The new system where UPS is using access points after 1 attempt to deliver would require that I walk to access point to pickup package. &amp;nbsp;My health issues make this impossible.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Just posting this as an alternate viewpoint. &amp;nbsp;Nothing is great for any of us. &amp;nbsp;I did prefer when we had a choice, because I was thrilled to see the option for USPS for my orders.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My son and his fiancee sent out their wedding invites and about half were lost! I never even got one! They went to their local PO to see if they could get to the bottom of it and the cs rep could care less. She didn't want to help them at all. She was unwilling to even contact the carrier who picked up from that mailbox. Told my son that the mail from that box goes to another town miles away and when my son asked if they could call over there the rep told them that they don't have a phone. Huh? USPS is absolutely HORRIBLE!!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is annoying.&amp;nbsp; I ordered the TSV humidifier and the tracking shows that UPS delivered it to my local post office 3 days ago and even today it is still not showing "out for delivery." &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wonder if USPS gives Amazon priority - since I still get those orders the next day usually - and often delivered by my postman.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;USPS is beyond ridiculous with mail delivery although I've never had a problem getting a package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For my job we have to send out many letters via certified mail.&amp;nbsp; We need some type of proof that the letter/package was delivered.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Many times we never receive the signed green card.&amp;nbsp; That's okay as long as I can get&amp;nbsp;delivery information from the USPS website.&amp;nbsp; However, I cannot tell you the number of times the tracking results indicate&amp;nbsp;delivery status not updated.&amp;nbsp; And nothing further happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So we cannot count that as non-service but we cannot say it was served either.&amp;nbsp; We have to resend it, which is another expense and sometimes it happens a second time.&amp;nbsp; We have had to cancel hearing dates and reserve all parties again because we cannot get valid delivery confirmation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contact USPS to have them contact the delivery post office and the hold time on the phone is almost always 31-45 minutes and if you hold your place in line and have them call you back, I have never once received a call back.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Granted I don't buy much from QVC anymore. But I do all my shopping online. My local UPS drops of the packages at my local post office after the USPS trucks are already out and delivering. So I get the package the next delivery day, almost (if not always) on or before the estimated delivery date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I second what&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/174113"&gt;@LindaSal&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;said. I had several emails and a couple of conversations with our local post master when one of my packages from an indie business managed to find its way to the dead mail room. From the hours those emails were sent, I wouldn't be surprised if she was working 10-12 hour days. I've never worked for the post office, but I certainly could relate. I know from hard experience what it's like to just have so many things happening at once that you simply can't do it all. While it may only take a couple of minutes to follow up on something,&amp;nbsp; there are multiple things that need follow up. In mean time, there are critical things that need to be done to keep the overall work flow going.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
