For those that have used ebates for awhile, does it work well, and do you get your rebates as you should?

When I saw it was 10%, I gave it a try today. I'm hoping when the time comes, I get back the rebate I should.

Any tips or tricks to using it?

Ebates works perfectly well for me, and their CS is wonderful too. They send checks out every 3 months, as long as your balance is at least $5. They also have other methods of getting paid.
