    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have a microwave.  What do you think is the best way to heat up spaghetti or angel hair pasta?  I use my toaster oven but wonder if there is another way that would keep the noodles softer.  This dish has peppers and sausage in it and very good&lt;/P&gt;</description>
