topic Cat Biting in Community Chat

We are first-time cat owners. We've had our cat for over a month, and have kept her indoors since having her spayed, shots, etc.. She is around two years old.

A few weeks ago she began biting our feet and hands. She doesn't break the skin. Everything I've read to do is not working: water-misting bottle, firm "NO", ignoring her and fake crying.

Does anyone have any better ideas to get her to stop? TIA!
