    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3"&gt;Have you ever placed an order and then, thought about it a little, and decided to cancel that order only for it ship out anyway?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3"&gt;I did that yesterday. The order was still showing to be processing, so i cancelled it. I hit the button that said cancel this item. Then it asks me if I am sure I want to cancel. I click "yes". Then it says " your order has been cancelled and will not ship".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3"&gt;Okay ---- I look at the order status today and it says "shipped". Furious!!!! Now I will have to pay to send it back and lose the original shipping fee. Calling customer service&lt;/FONT&gt;!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They will cover the cost as long as you got a cancel confirmation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Happens to me once in awhile too and I've never had to pay the shipping.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;According to my UPS store if you write "refuse" on the box it will be sent back and return shipping will not be incurred. &amp;nbsp;Double check with UPS and USPS to be sure that is still true.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is getting ridiculous, this has happened to me quite a few times in the past few months and it just happened again yesterday. Ordered boots, read the reviews and cancelled the boots. I ordered something today and noticed that the boots that I cancelled 5 minutes after I ordered them, were back and already in process. This time I'm not letting this go, the Q will pay to have these boots shipped back to them. This isn't the first time I complained and was assured my account would not be charged for S&amp;amp;H on cancelled items shipped out by mistake only to notice on my account that that never happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I don't think half of CS make notations when&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tell you to send it back, no charge, their mistake.&amp;nbsp; So keep track/.&amp;nbsp; If they charge you, tell them you called, it had said cancel and the CS said no charge for return. Their CS is not like Amazon and on top of it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please don't worry.&amp;nbsp; This has happened to me before.&amp;nbsp; Just call customer service.&amp;nbsp; They are very helpful.&amp;nbsp; Explain what happened.&amp;nbsp; They will make a notation in your account.&amp;nbsp; When the package arrives, just retrurn as normal.&amp;nbsp; You will not be charged for the return or the return label fee.&amp;nbsp; If by chance you are charged, just call and you will received a refund very quickly.&amp;nbsp; Much more quickly than a normal refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've never had anything shipped after I canceled, but the response has varied. &amp;nbsp;One time I got an email right away confirming that I had canceled. &amp;nbsp;But another time, it took a couple of days before I got the email. &amp;nbsp;I was definitely thinking that one might ship anyway. &amp;nbsp;The only thing I can think of is that they don't know exactly how far along something is in the shipping process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
