    <description>&lt;P&gt;I happen to have good luck with UPS but not Fed Ex. &amp;nbsp;In the 14 years I have lived at my house I have had FedEx misdeliver packages about 10 times. &amp;nbsp;Most of the time it is to a house with the same number as mine but on the street behind me. &amp;nbsp;Luckily &amp;nbsp;they are nice honest people who call me when it happens. &amp;nbsp;One other time it was a bunch of Nutrisystem Food at a house down the end of my street. &amp;nbsp;I called FedEx so many times to complain. Things seem OK now but as soon as I get a new driver it will start again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The US Mail also misdelivers a lot which is bad considering identity theft and all. &amp;nbsp;I try to go paperless for as much as possible to avoid my neighbors getting a credit card bill, etc. &amp;nbsp;Once the dummy delivered a bag of mail order prescription drugs to someone in the next block and the guy opened it but brought it over and apologized. &amp;nbsp;I felt violated by the USPS because my private medications were exposed to a stranger.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I too hate that kind of delivery where UPS or FedEx drops the package off at the Post Office. &amp;nbsp;Sheesh. &amp;nbsp;My PO is a mile from my home and both carriers are in my neighborhood daily. &amp;nbsp;It adds 1-2 days to the process and a waste of time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I'm absolutely beside myself I'm so disgusted. &amp;nbsp;I've waited 10 days for a couple of orders, a little less for another, while UPS diddled around with them. &amp;nbsp;They got to town finally and I get a message in tracking that UPS will deliver rather than the post office since they'll be in the area (they're in the area daily).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;So I'm waiting, waiting, check tracking and see that all three were delivered at 1:56pm, only they weren't. &amp;nbsp;Nothing outside anywhere, no dogs barking at a truck. &amp;nbsp;Spend 30 minutes trying to find a phone number for the local UPS terminal. &amp;nbsp;There isn't one. &amp;nbsp;No way to contact anyone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I talk to a nice young man at QVC CS and we decide to wait and see if a good Samaritan shows up with them. &amp;nbsp;One item is sold out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Then to add insult to injury, I remember I've got two items coming from HSN, check their tracking and guess what else was delivered at 1:56pm. &amp;nbsp;So that 5 packages misdelivered by a moron at UPS. &amp;nbsp;Oh...and the HSN items are both sold out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I'm so upset I have a tension headache. &amp;nbsp;I don't know what's going to come of the shipping fiasco in the country but it seems impossible to get a package from point A to B in a reasonable time with accuracy. &amp;nbsp;The infrastructure just can't handle the surge brought on by internet sales. &amp;nbsp;Christmas is going to be a nightmare.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Just today I got 3 pieces of mail belonging to my next door neighbor. &amp;nbsp;This happens several times a month. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;It's not just UPS. &amp;nbsp;Three times now within 2 months I've had small boxes crammed into my mail box (it's larger than most boxes) and I had to call the post office to have someone come out and get the thing out of my mailbox! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;My neighbor tried and he couldn't get it out either. &amp;nbsp;By the time it came out of my mailbox most of the box was destroyed!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I can't tell you how many things the carrier has jammed into my mailbox! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;My daughter in Denver paid extra money to have UPS come and pick up two chairs I'd sent her to return to QVC. &amp;nbsp;She stayed home waiting for them....they never called or showed up. &amp;nbsp;She called again and the same thing. &amp;nbsp;She and her boyfriend tied them to the top of her car and TOOK them to UPS....she filled out paperwork to get the money she'd payed to be picked up back. &amp;nbsp;That was a few months ago. &amp;nbsp;Still no money from them.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;If you get a package mis-delivered to your house and you can't or won't for whatever reason get it to the addressee, what do you do? &amp;nbsp;There's absolutely nobody to call to come get it. &amp;nbsp;Their system needs work badly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I was so happy to see that UPS would deliver rather than wait for the post office rigamarole. &amp;nbsp;Wrong assumption.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For Christmas orders, I hope people order in November to be sure of it arriving by Christmas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These delivery&amp;nbsp;fiasco's are ridiculous for an online&amp;nbsp;retailer of this size.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'd think that instead of having 3 channels, which MANY posters have admitted they don''t watch (myself included), constant cosmetic changes of the product pages, etc.,&amp;nbsp;that&amp;nbsp;they would spend the time and money to have this site working right for all users and put the $$$ towards a decent&amp;nbsp; package delivery system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AND figure out why so many of us&amp;nbsp;get very limited emails (if any),&amp;nbsp;including the Insider magazine/link, even after having made repeated requests to the social team and were reassured we'd get it.....and I mean more than once after requesting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AND many other IT issues customers are&amp;nbsp;experiencing including messages saying that the site is "not secure"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My train of thought is that if their&amp;nbsp;IT Team can't even figure out an email problem,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC is no longer a safe place to shop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But that's just my opinion.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Now I'm wondering if this sometimes 3 way delivery system-between logistics/UPS/US mail and who knows what else-cheap for the companies that use this system but not always good for the customer &amp;nbsp;is part of the problem-that and like&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/77973"&gt;@Azcowgirl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,mentioned, could it be at your locl post office or does the UPS driver automatically scan it in as delivered when he dropped it off at the local post office.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Which he/she should not have done.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I used to work for UPS customer service-the number is still 1-800-pick-ups. 1-800-742-5877. I think calling the local post office is also good. I've tried early in the morning like between7-8. When no answer I try again.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;We were told not to speak badly about UPS if we ever left the company. I would have helped you find it! It was years ago in one of my many she does everything jobs but I'm afraid I have not kept that _"don't speak badly about UPS"&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Really it all comes down to how careful the driver or mail delivery person is.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I've spent hours on the phone with both. US mail actually found a package I mailed to a friend months later after I filed a claim.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;But that is neither here nor there now. You want your package!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;If they can't find it for you, you will get your money back from the company but I know you would rather have the dang package!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Oh one more thing&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35228"&gt;@Kachina624&lt;/a&gt;-UPS and the US mail CAN contact the driver and ask them where they "delivered" your package and what happened to it. So don't give up.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I know how frustrating this can be!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I've had five UPS drivers through the 40 years I've lived here and not one of them was a MORON! &amp;nbsp; They are all well iintentioned and do the best they can. My present driver can't finish his heavy route until well after 7:00 in the evening. &amp;nbsp;I can't imagine how many hours he puts in each day. My son drove for UPS in his earlier years and he's definitely no moron.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;As for my Postman, he is wonderful and does a magnificent job. The only time I have a problem is when he has a day off. Then it's a toss up for good day or bad day.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;But somewhere in the system there lies a confusing sitution and I think it stems from switching from one delivery service to another.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Yes, I sometimes get something that's not mine and sometimes I am sure my things disappear into the pits. Two das ago I got some things in a small box - &amp;nbsp;it had clearly been opened and something was missing. Oh, well. Customer Service will help. &amp;nbsp;I am shopping locally for Christmas.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
