I have used this service for two years and haven't had any problems. All returns are shipped using FedEx ground delivery.

$49.00 yearly

May be used by other family members also

@butterfly123, I guess it could come in handy if you return a lot of your purchases. How long does it take for the package to get back to QVC? If I were to mail out a pkg. First Class to the Q from IL to PA it would be 3 days, sometimes 2. UPS and Fed Ex work with U.S. Mail and the package takes a lot longer to reach its destination. When I purchase from JJill they use Fed Ex/U.S. Mail and it takes 5 to 7 days to arrive.

This is my second year using Return Saver. Best money spent if you order a lot on line, as I do. I use it for everything except sending parcels to my son who has an APO address in Europe. I use it to send packages to family member. too. I live near a Fed Ex office, so it's convenient. Best kept secret. My returns to the Q are usually returned and credited within 48 hours, often soonerfrom NJ.

If I understand correctly, you can use this service to ship any package even if it's not a return if it meets Return Saver's shipping requirements?

The service just asks for the return address information and it doesn't actually confirm if it's actually a return?

Is this correct?

Thank you for posting! I am looking into this service. I order many items online and if I return at least 7 items in a year, it seems like it will pay for itself and then some! Have you ever had an issues with this service?

When I mail returns, the packages arrive much faster and I have the tracking number also. Return Saver has a 30 day free trial time.

@butterfly123, I totally understand. I mailed out a package yesterday that was $5 and change which included insurance and I have a tracking no. so I saved by not usng the Q's label for returning. I mailed it First Class mail and will arrive in 2 or 3 days.

Returns from online businesses are eligible.

You sign into your account and fill in the shipping address and print the return sheet on your printer.

I haven't had any issues or problems with the service.

When I purchase from a company that provides their return label (for example QVC or HSN) I put their return label inside the package with a note stating that I paid my own return shipping. I hope this answers your question.

@faeriemoon, @NycVixen: That's correct. The service stores often used return addresses and you can add unlimited addresses. You can send out multiple packages daily if you choose. I have always had great service with Return Saver. If you have a Fed Ex center nearby, I strongly recommend giving the 30 day free trial a try. I have saved a ton over shipping and returning through USPS. You create the return label from your computer and printer. I buy adhesive labels from a big box office supply store that covers the original shipping label. Tracking numbers are included. The only downside is if you ship items less than once a month or if there is no FedEx store near you. As I mentioned in a previous post, the ONLY parcels I do not ship using Return Saver are those I send to my son who has an APO address in Europe where he is stationed with the US Army. Those go USPS with customs declarations, as would any parcels shipping internationally.

@queendiva, the site clearly states that it's for sending things to retailers. Please explain how you ship to family and friends. Do they charge the same or less than other shippers for packages going to non-retailers?

@nomless: I enter their name and address as I would a retailer, then print the label and send from a FedEx location.I don't have reason to do this often, but it's never been a problem when I have. The service can also be used for returns to individuals selling on Ebay and Craigslist, etc.

Again: register for the free 30 day trial. Nothing at all to lose. I know it sounds too good to be true, but it is! Don't over think this one!

The company told me that if someone does this*, they risk cancellation of their membership. It's for "returns to eligible online sellers" only.

* ETA that "this" refers to the packages to relatives referred to earlier in the thread, as well as eBay and Craigslist packages, outgoing sales or returns, since auction sites are not covered and Craiglist doesn't appear to be either.

You make your choices, I'll make mine. Sounds like it's not for you. As I said in my initial post I would not recommend for someone who sends less than one return item per month or who does not want to save $ on return shipping from e-retailers, including QVC.
