Slowness of Navigating QVC pages

I am getting so frustrated by the SLOWNESS of navigating the QVC site. When site finally comes up it says due to long running script. Well do something to speed up this problem!! Also when you start to choose pages to go the screen goes white and it takes about 2 min. to get to the page I have chosen. Whatever QVC has done to the wedsite is horrible and they have made it very difficult to shop the site when you have to wait so long to get to where you want to go. QVC speed up the process or lose sales!!

It's speedy fast on a desktop - what are you using and what is your internet connection server? I don't think it's QVC fault because I zip through screens quickly.

@cherlynn Sounds like you need to run ccleaner & malware cleaner on your computer.

I'm using a pad and haven't had any problem with slow response. I believe this problem must be on your end.

What device are you using and which browser? Switching to a different browser may help. I use Chrome and don't have a problem.
