Family fun recommendations for Houston?

We will be visiting Houston later this month and wondered if anyone has any suggestions for fun things to do. We will have all 5 grandchildren (ages 2- 13) and their parents and we are looking for some fun things for the whole family to do. Thanks!

Johnson Space Center and I have heard the Children's Museum is fantastic. The Galleria mall has an indoor ice skating rink if interested.If heading to Nasa,you can drive further south and visit Galveston. I don't know if you are familiar with Houston but it's HUGE.65 miles end to end. Good gps would probably be necessary.And it's hot and humid so bring your hats and sunscreen. Enjoy yourselves!

Galleria Mall in Houston.

I have been to both.

It will be extremely hot and humid. Houston has a wonderful zoo and museum of natural history, both in the same area. I lived there over 30 years and always struggled to entertain guests.

Head 197 miles west on I-10 to San Antonio.......I think you'll have more fun
