They are showing Logo on television, but the QVC Guide says something else for recently viewed items. Is something off with QVC?

make sure your qvc guide is set to QVC LIVE and not one of the other channels.

my guide is showing LOGO right now with about 15 items on the list.

Check that the time zone is correct. I have to keep changing it to PST, rather than EST.

QVC is unable to establish a program guide for its customers. If you are looking for accuracy for QVC or QVC Plus, you will have to wait a longgggggggg time!
