Yes, for the most part! We always live by the motto that things happen for a reason. Those reasons may not be obvious right away, but they are there and will eventually be revealed.

No, I don't believe in cliches. Not everything turns out for the best.

Sometimes you manage to make the best of a negative situation, but I don't believe it was, in any way, "preordained".

I think it is a belief for some people that some energy other than yourself is running your life. If that gives you comfort than so be it. I do not find it to be truth at all. Sometimes we just fail at something, or we are rejected. That's life.
