      <title>Did anyone have issues w the last tsv laptop?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did anyone order the last tsv&amp;nbsp;HP laptop? We ordered it for my husband as his current laptop is not running well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am the techie in the family so I started it up and went to download the virus software (and other software).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To my surprise, when i went to the site to download the first software, a message came up from Microsoft with audio of someone speaking, (paraphrasing) It said warning warning you have a virus and your credit card and other info may be compromised etc. It just kept repeating this, and it had a phone number to call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called the free tech support instead that comes with the laptop deal, and the woman on the phone could hear the repeated message over the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was informed to send it back immediately that something was wrong with the laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called Q who were extremely helpful and kind (I always have&amp;nbsp;loved their customer service). I told her what happened, and she said we would be reimbursed for all shipping because there was something wrong with the laptop. Of course&amp;nbsp;she also said do we want another one? I said yes we would like the same one (which are still available now).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And so we sent this one back (Its still in the process of getting there according to on line tracking).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought they send the other one while the one we sent back is on its way back. But I didn't see an order on our account for another one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, I called back CS again 2 days later and I was informed they will send a new one when they get the other one back (which is fine, but I just hope they have&amp;nbsp;one till&amp;nbsp;then).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I just read reviews on them (there aren't many). Someone wrote be aware this delivery will take long as they are shipped from China? Our initial delivery did take long, but I didn't see that ours was shipped from China, so I don't get that review? 2 other reviews on the smaller one say it runs slow (ugh).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well anyway, I was just wondering if anyone else ordered this and had any issues like we had? I must say we bought 2 other laptops from QVC before and they lasted a long time compared&amp;nbsp;to the one we got from Best Buy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I hope we get a replacement as soon as they get ours back, so DH has a new one and I hope it works OK. (The one he has now is also an HP and it lasted about 8 yrs which is pretty good IMO). And its still running, just lagging bad, thus he needs the new one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the reply. I hope its ok when we get the new one. I dont want to buy at Best Buy again. The only other place is online from the computer companies, unless I want to travel an hour for one. Our closest Best Buy is even 45 minutes away. But i wont buy from them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
