    <description>&lt;P&gt;He is tired of fight the charges about drug use - he has given many drug tests when he was competing and they all came up negative.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;The USADA took this as a sign of guilty and they are going to try and strip him of his titles &amp;amp; a lifetime ban.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Personally, I don't think he was taking performance enhancing drugs.
