      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;No matter how many of us write about high shipping costs, no variety in programming, hosts without manners or professional skills, no one is listening.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Just for the heck of it, I looked back at beauty threads and fashion threads over the last few months. They're almost as repetitive as QVC's programming.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Nothing is being accomplished by our pointing out the obvious. It's clear that with all the complaining and unhappiness, enough merchandise is purchased so the Q is willing to sit just below the profit line instead of crossing over from red to black. Makes no sense to me, but very little about how things operate in this company makes sense to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They are certainly ignoring our requests for free shipping events. It must be too profitable for them to give us a shipping break every now and then. I know for sure that they make $$ off of shipping to HI &amp;amp; AK. It never costs me the amount of money to ship something home to Texas as it does to order something from QVC. Crazy...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S. I know easy pay is attractive to many shoppers but I could care less about it! If I can't afford an item on one payment, I don't need it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only thing that matters to QVC is $$ so the only way to get through to them is by not spending your money with them. &amp;nbsp;Until sales start to drop, they will have no incentive to do anything different.I rarely make any purchase from QVC because of their lack of coupon codes and "deals" (and no, easy pay is not a deal!). So many other sites offer coupon codes and much better deals- no reason for me to spend my hard earned money with QVC since it is obvious they don't care about my business.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regarding hosts and supposed manners and professional skills- for every person that dislikes someone, others love that person so the only way hosts will change is if their sales drop. As long as they are meeting their sales goals, there won't be any changes there. You can't please everyone all the time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They are associated in some way with Zulily.&amp;nbsp; If you buy an item and pay shipping.. and then buy other items the same day... shipping is free.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes it extends to the weekend.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am thinking that the Q has partnered with USPS (postal service) and UPS and there is some kind of deal for shipping.&amp;nbsp; Something is keeping QVC from offering shipping free and that could be it.&amp;nbsp; These companies need to make a profit.&amp;nbsp; With the Internet in full swing people are not buying stamps to send letters the way they used to.&amp;nbsp; Just a guess.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe QVC could offer a shopping cart of some sort with like items being shipped with a 'deal' price.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for the hosts and vendors.. I don't watch much anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

S&amp;amp;H and returns is a costly affair with all of them though, so I'm shopping locally and online where there is free S&amp;amp;H and returns.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think $3.00 is very much for shipping.&amp;nbsp; I just placed an order from&amp;nbsp;two&amp;nbsp;of my catalogs and the shipping for two items&amp;nbsp;from one was $12.99 and for two items from the other was $14.99.&amp;nbsp; When I order from my shoe catalogs the shipping is between $12 and $15.&amp;nbsp; And no, if you return the item, they do not refund the shipping fee and you pay to return the item $8.95 not the $6.95 QVC charges.&amp;nbsp; Once in a while they will offer $5.99 shipping and occasionally free over $75. But for the most part, the shippling is high.&amp;nbsp; I know some places do have free shipping, but not from the catalogs I like.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Good morning&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35228"&gt;@Kachina624&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; belated Happy Mother's Day. Re: my subject above....When I did look back through months of the complaints, at least 80% (estimate) were saying they no longer watched or shopped on Q. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;So where is their revenue coming from? I'd love to see these folk's QVC account statements. I think there's a lot of "me, too", but still purchasing. That's why they don't read what we need or change in any way. We need an old fashioned 60's "sit in" or group refusal to purchase for just one month. I guarantee they'd sit up and take notice.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
