ACCOUNT SUMMARIES?

Why is QVC emailing us monthly account summaries? Any time we want this info, it's not difficult to find ourselves at order status or account info.

I delete them too the minute I see the email title. Why do they do this? I'm pretty sure we're all aware of our monthy activities here, no need for any reminders.

@Shanus, QVC has never emailed me an account summary.
They've sent me other stupid stuff, so I know they know how to find me. But no account summaries. Must be something you've checked as an option.

Apparently it is something new I think i got my first one about three months ago. It's good to have so you can see if there are things on it that you haven't ordered. In this time of cyber theft you can never be too safe.

Interesting. I get that, but I can't seem to get an online copy of the Insider - depsite paying for it for years before it was free. Go figure.

I started to get them a few months ago too. I do NOT have a Q card either.

All it does is show me that I am spending too much money at QVC.

I don't think it is just for QCard holders. With all the identity theft that is going on these days, maybe this is a way for them to gently remind folks to check their accounts to make sure they are accurate. Just a guess. I for one appreciate it. We have had to have our debit cards and one credit card cancelled and reissued due to fraudulent charges.

We had our debit card hacked one time, and now I watch all of my accounts like a hawk, but I too would find this information useful!

i have been receiving them for probably about a year or maybe slightly less. it is convenient to have everything listed in one email document.

@CareBears I didn't sign up to receive them either they just started showing up in my email account. I always check our bank and credit cards at least every other day. We have been hacked more than once.
