    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just received a 12-pack of something, 3 of which were broken, from an outside seller. Contacted him, asked if he could just send me three to avoid the hassle of returning them. He immediately issued&amp;nbsp;me a full credit to my card, and told me to just go and buy another 12 pack if I wanted. Wow!!!! Amazon is truly an amazing and well run company.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Recently I had a nice experience with Amazon customer service. I ordered a 12 pk. of dried cup of soup, when I received it it was lime shrimp. Which I can't eat. I called them , and said I was &amp;nbsp;not returning, but was going to donate the soup. I wasn't expecting anything, but I wanted them to know that I wasn't pleased. The rep. Immediately said they would credit my account, and within 2 days they did. &amp;nbsp;I didn't return because of the hassle, but I was pleased with the outcome.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree with everybody else. &amp;nbsp;I've been buying from Amazon since 1999 and, in that time, have only had to contact them a handful of times with problems. &amp;nbsp;Every time they exceeded my expectations. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never ask for anything to which I'm not entitled. &amp;nbsp;In fact I come out with 'what can we do to fix this situation?' and they always go above and beyond.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dyson is another company with extraordinary customer service. &amp;nbsp;They have always helped me but twice they went well above and beyond. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Ive been blown away by Zulily CS. &amp;nbsp;If you order a relatively inexpensive item, (I believe $40 or less) and it arrives damaged or in the wrong size, color, etc., they tell you to donate it and credit your account with an extra $10. &amp;nbsp;When a more expensive item arrived broken, they asked me to send a photo of it, told me to trash it, and gave me an extra $10. credit + refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Their CS reps are always so pleasant and chatty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
