      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I don't return many items but when I do I expect better service. &amp;nbsp;They charge my credit card minutes after the purchase. &amp;nbsp;The last 2 items I returned had the same issue. &amp;nbsp; More than 2 weeks after receiving the "Your return is on it's way to QVC..." email, with no action, I finally requested the status of the return. &amp;nbsp;It showed up no where in my account. &amp;nbsp;(I used chat) &amp;nbsp;Same response each issue: &amp;nbsp;We just got your return and the refund is being processed and you will see it in your account in 2-3 days.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Really? &amp;nbsp;I'm beginning to suspect that, if I hadn't asked, there was no refund being processed. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Has anyone else been experiencing this?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently returned a item (didn't use their label) and it took 2wks for processing....I started getting concerned they were gonna say they didn't get it! &amp;nbsp;I had tracking that they had it for 10days or so....but you just never know. &amp;nbsp;Finally today they posted it as returned. &amp;nbsp;I think most company's are slow to issue returns but quick to take your $$'s!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I found I got my credit for returns quicker if I stated I wanted my refund as a credit on my account. &amp;nbsp; I don't have to wait for the credit to be sent elsewhere and thus lose time processing on both ends. &amp;nbsp; It shows on my QVC account and is used against my next purchase. &amp;nbsp;I know I will be buying something in a short time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's odd that your "return is on its way" notification comes so late. &amp;nbsp;I normally use the QVC return label and drop the package at my local post office. &amp;nbsp;The PO apparently notifies QVC that day because I always get a notice from QVC the following day that my return is on its way. &amp;nbsp;I don't think 2-3 days after they receive the returned merchandise is unreasonable. &amp;nbsp;Some places I've dealt with say it could take as much as one or two billing cycles for the refund to post.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My biggest complaint with their returns processing is that I ALWAYS pay my own postage to return ..... &amp;nbsp;and in spite of that ..... &amp;nbsp;they ALWAYS charge me for the $6.95 QVC label that I didn't use! &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So then I always have to contact CS about the error.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To make matters worse .... then CS asks me for PROOF &amp;nbsp;that I had shipped it using my postage! &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;How could the returns person NOT notice it wasn't a Q label?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Makes me wonder if the Returns Dept person gets some sort of&amp;nbsp;quarterly bonus based on how many customers end up paying twice for return postage.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
