    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8637"&gt;@Jamma&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Hi again - Is/was 102 on Tremont Avenue?? &amp;nbsp;I remember a public school there. &amp;nbsp;There was a group of us young moms with babies in carriages and we would walk up Tremont Ave and park the carriages outside of a deli and eat lunch. &amp;nbsp;Such good times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We also walked to Parkchester and shopped in Macy's and went into Woolworths. &amp;nbsp;We walked a lot in those days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My MIL worked in Macy's. &amp;nbsp;My mother didn't work. &amp;nbsp;So, one was called "Grandma Macy" and the other was "Grandma Macaroni"..........&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Morris Park Ave was a "Little Italy" when we lived there and had enchanting cafes where you could enjoy espresso and delicious pastries.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Bronx Zoo is amazing and there are some beautiful gardens in that area......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;City Island has great sea food, and all the way towards the end on the left hand side is an inexpensive casual seafood place...... it's been awhile since I've been there-and I miss it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Poodlepet2&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Botanical Gardens are beautiful.&amp;nbsp; Though not in the Bronx, the Cloisters Museum is a medieval monastery (originally built in France transported) full of haunting and and beautiful medieval art,&amp;nbsp; It's across the Island from the Bronx on the other side, but just a little bit south.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I remember Arthur Avenue being "Little Italy". &amp;nbsp;All the fruit and vegetable stores/stands were there and my friend's mom&amp;nbsp;would take the trolley or bus to get there and then walk home with bags of fresh veggies....Butcher shops too....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We shopped at the A&amp;amp;P on Westchester Ave. &amp;nbsp;There was a subway stop there too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
