There's a video of her smoking a bong -- allegedly a totally legal herb sold at homeopath stores, but still....</P> <P>I guess her dad tweeted that he was totally sad over it all and very disappointed in Miley. I wonder what's going to happen to her when she turns 18 in a short time and then gets into her early 20's. She's been thru and done so much at such a young age.
