      <title>Not receiving my confirmation email orders</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Anybody else not getting emails when you make a purchase ?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;I used to get an email when I would order something, now, I don't.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Have they changed that?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Worries me because one time before I never received an email on a popular item, so, I called in to CS and they said it sold out. It's like I had gotten in under the wire,then, I didn't. Glad I called or I would had been waiting on something that wasn't coming.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They need to shore up this whole process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having a problem&amp;nbsp;for months now with not receiving email notifications about upcoming tsvs and other promotional notifications. All of a sudden one day they stopped coming. I do however receive order related emails. In addition, I can reply on a forum topic as I am doing here, but cannot post a new message. I have reported these issues at least three times through telephone customer service with no success. So perhaps customer care rep Cindy on this forum can help me ? Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
