I just today heard about someone that has not washed his sheets on his bed,for over 3 months.

I don't find that unusual at all. Some people don't even use mattress pads or sheets on their beds.

i agree, it is gross, but not uncommon.

Good grief, I change mine every 3 DAYS! Pillows and mattress pads are washed at least once a month.

That is just sickening.

That is what i do also,the blanket i have over my comforter gets washed every 2 or 3 days also.

Last year I had a power outage at my house in the middle of a winter cold spell and I went to a friend's house to spend the night. Her son wasn't home and I was offered his bed.

I suspected his sheets hadn't been changed since somewhere around 2007.

I use good soaps ,not grocery store stuff,and alba botanical body wash.

I couldn't sleep, though, and went home to my cold house at 5 A.M. lol
