    <description>&lt;P&gt;a lot of time in the kitchen?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;For me, that would be anything revolving around pasta (especially rigatoni), because I always have it on hand. Cook the pasta, drain, return to pan with a little oil and black pepper, then stir in any number of things such as basil pesto sauce (something else I always have on hand), or bruschetta topping, or sun-dried tomato pesto, or DH's favorite--cream of mushroom soup. Add parmesan cheese and that's it.
