"AS IS" changed???

I frequently go to the" As Is" section to look at what is available in the Home section. This morning it is no longer broke down into categories. Just by designers, etc. I really don't want to have to navigate through jewelry, clothing, etc. Why do they have to change things? Soon I will no longer be ordering anything. I know they could care less, which is sad because I have been a customer since 1990! Thanks QVC for helping me save money!

Don't get me started on trying to use QVC's search. It stinks! You have exactly spell the designer or item and even then it doesn't always come up.

Many times I've given up. I think it has one of the worst 'search engines' I've encountered.

Q probaby let go the person who used to sort the items.

Considering they send out so many returns anything on Q could be "as is"

I check as-is on a regular basis so I always just sort by newest and get everything. The entire as-is has changed recently so maybe they are still working on it. Maybe go to the Suggestion Box forum and put in your request. I don't think this was a good change for people who want to search just a specific category.

OTOH, I've noticed that the prices are going up in the as-is section. Some of the prices seem awfully high for as-is items.

I noticed the other night that you can not filter by size. Well, you can, but it doesn't work. Frustrated and I gave up.

Along the same vein, I was just trying to search for a cardigan sweater with 3/4 length sleeves. There wasn't a category for that so I had to scroll through hundreds of sweaters. I finally gave up and went to Lands End where everything is so much easier to navigate. I went right to 3/4 length and cotton - - neither of those search categories are available on QVC.

Wow...I just checked into the As Is section. 😳

Guess I won't be looking for any home related As Is bargains anymore. I'm certainly not going to wade through 58 pages of miscellaneous items that I have no interest in to find one thing that may interest me. 😡

Even brick and mortar stores separate their clothing markdowns from their home markdowns.

I know, it is RIDICULOUS!!! I buy more As Is than anything. So excited to start saving all of that money!!!

If you type in As Is Kitchen or As Is Bedding or whatever product(s) you want in the search box, that group will come up.

I always out in the search what I want to see - such as - as is tignanello or as is Clarks

I noticed the prices have gone up as well. So disappointing.

@fortune No! I was talking about IN GENERAL. If you don't spell the words right (i.e. the designer's name) it doesn't come up at all.

Most sites, you can be close to spelling it right, but on QVC it's very frustrating.

Glad to hear it's fixed.

I look at the "As Is" for good buys, but also to see how many products are available from a particular brand. They may be on-air props, as stated, but I think most are returns. I was looking at a handbag brand and was stunned at how many "as is" listings there were. Maybe there's another explanation, but until I hear it, I'm figuring that a lot of "as is" means a lot of customer dissatisfaction, and will buy accordingly.

I just tried your suggestion. I typed in As Is Jewelry and it didn't work for me.
