    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Ordered a pair of shoes one evening last week. &amp;nbsp; Tried to cancel the next morning but couldn't as it was in the process of shipping. &amp;nbsp; It was 3 days later that it shipped. &amp;nbsp; Guess their cancelation rate is too high so they've fixed it so we can't cancel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone received their purchases yet from gem day?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i ordered a morganite ring and was going to cancel it for a ring with a larger stone, but wasn't able to because it's "in process". &amp;nbsp;It will probably be "in process" for weeks!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i'm so annoyed and this incident reminds me of why I rarely shop from QVC anymore.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine isn't here yet, but scanned by USPS in my city. There's been times it has been mis-sorted and gets shipped out again. I hope to get them tomorrow, but sometimes it seems as if they aim for Saturday delivery, or it's just slow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
