What I could/should do and what I actually end up doing are altogether different. DH and I have to go pick up something later this morning and then our kids will be coming over later for the game. We always do a spread of finger foods during the game instead of a sit down meal so I have to get all of that put together. I might do a couple loads of laundry but that could always wait until tomorrow afternoon (I have a three hour dental appointment in the morning, have to be there right before 8:30)

@qualitygal Dh had an all day meeting yesterday, so I allowed myself to be a blob. It was raining and very cold. Today, it's errands. Furbabies need food, otherwise I could easily be talked into staying in again.

I won't. It's Sunday. I allow myself to be "unproductive" on this day. But I do have to run to the store to get toilet paper! LOL

I have found that I need one day a week to rest and recover, to de-stress and recharge. It may appear to be unproductive but it is a priority and helps me survive the rest of my very busy week.

@LonestarBabs Like you, I give myself Sundays off. I usually do something productive; but if I don't do anything, I don't feel bad or beat myself up over it.
